Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Oversee inventory, product displays, and customer service to maintain a consistent and professional brand image.
- Lead social media initiatives for the store, including content creation and fan engagement, to boost both online and in-store presence.
- Utilize digital tools and data analytics to optimize sales performance and membership management.
- Train, coach, and lead the store team to improve service quality and execution.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of retail management experience; experience in beauty, wigs, or hair products is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and creating an excellent shopping experience.
- Chinese language skills preferred.
Compensation: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
